Recommended! Let me change that HIGHLY recommended!! Developer is very friendly and quick to respond to support requests. I hope he makes more skins! His color selection and designs are attractive and well designed. A+ vendor buy his stuff.

A great skin. It does use the DNN 5 menu, which has an issue with IE8, but that has nothing to do with the skin's quality. There's also an IIS fix out for the menu problem.
I had a ton of questions and received SUPER FAST answers from the developer. You could not ask for better support. I have purchased other products from snowcovered, and never received anything close to this level of support from other developers.

Q:
Why does your skin have issues with the menus? When I view the demo in WinIE8, the menus don't work properly. When I view it in Google Chrome, the menus work fine. I do not see this in other skins using the DNN 5 menu system. I want to buy this skin, but not until this is fixed.
A:
the skin is older than IE8 and it's XHTML based, and there is some problem with SolPartMenu's JavaScript code in IE8 while in XHTML mode. Since we cannot change menu's code we can offer only this solution:
Add this line:
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE7" />
to the head part of the Default.aspx in the root install of DotNetNuke.

Yes, with the "Single DNN License - Multiple Portals" you can use the skin on multiple portals inside one DNN instance.
