There are three modules in this product:
- SimpleMap: it can accept pass in parameters from URL. It can show street view, GEO RSS, KML and direction.
- BusinessMap: The Business Map allows your add locations for different zoom levels. And you can define custom icons for marks in the map. From 4.8 version you can set a SQL statement to get location data from database to generate a map.
- BusinessMap2: The module can help you manage several maps in one module instance.
These modules integrate goolg map api into DotNetNuke to provide map service for DotNetNuke web site. It’s very easy to use. All the three modules can be installed and configured in few minutes.
New in 5.0 for Business Map and Business Map 2
- Encode address to latitude and longitude dynamically. You can acquire address only from database to show locations. There is no problem if there is no latitude and longitude data.
- [PORTALID],[MODULEID],[TABID],[USERID] tokens in SQL statement.
- Can accept search query from URL: q=query.
- Add a new field: title. That can be shown in side bar.
New in 5.2 of Business Map:
- The side bar supports pagination now.
- Pop up balloon template: now you can define the template of pop up balloon.
- User Map: you can set the roles who can add markers into template. And you can let the map to show markers of a user only.
