Description

Skins: The Vitality Skin Pack comes with two variations of this skin are included in this pack and each of these have a fixed, a medium and a full width version - with the option of no banner image, ideal for sub-pages. The fixed width skins are 760 pixels wide and the medium ones are 1000 pixels, however they have the capability to widen seamlessly if necessary. The skins use a centralised horizontal menu and feature top, bottom, right and content panes, as well as additional three custom panes. All images and containers are included with this skin, along with the original Adobe Photoshop .PSD files.

Containers: This pack contains sixteen different containers.

The resale and/or redistribution of this skin pack is strictly prohibited.

1) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED 

You may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same skin once more in order to make another project with the same design.

2) IMAGERY 

All imagery used in our skins is royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images only as a part of the website you build using your skin. You can use imagery to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is prohibited.

3) MODIFICATIONS 

You are authorised to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.

4) UNAUTHORISED USE 

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company. 

5) ASSIGNABILITY 

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from DyNNamite.

6) OWNERSHIP 

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. 

7) NO WARRANTY. 

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
 
8) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. 

In no event will DyNNamite or MPS & BBI International Ltd be liable to you for any damages, claims or costs whatsoever or any consequential, indirect, incidental damages, or any lost profits or lost savings or for any claim by any third party.
